Shipping Policy - the basics

Processing Time

  • All custom products (apparel, stationery, printed items) are made to order.

  • Standard processing time is 5-10 business days before shipping.

  • During busy seasons or large orders, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer shipping within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Most orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available for customers in the Allentown, PA area.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 2-5 business days after processing

  • Local pickup: You'll be contacted when your order is ready
    Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order leaves our studio, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
