At Linnette & Co, every order is made with care and customized to meet your needs. Because many of our products and services are personalized, we have the following refund and cancellation policy

Refund Policy - Custom Products & Design Services

Custom Products (Apparel, Stationery, Printed Items)

  • All custom orders are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part.

  • If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos and details. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Design Services (Graphic & Web Design)

  • Due to the time and creativity invested, design service deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any completed work will be provided, but refunds will not be issued.

  • We are committed to your satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

Cancellations

  • Orders for custom products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
