There is a maximum of three revisions, beyond which the costs of additional revisions can vary widely based on the changes that are requested.
The completed files, which will be delivered through email, will come in several formats, including jpeg. The turnaround period is between seven and ten days of business. The weekend is not included in the definition of a business day.
There are NO REFUNDS for any of the services.

After 24 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a design questionnaire where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the services offered, we do not offer or provide refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.

DESIGNS & REVISIONS POLICY
Please review our policies carefully before placing an order. Review the turnaround time you selected at checkout once you've read our policies, submitted the design form, and finished the order.
The turnaround times for different services vary. Our turnaround time is measured in business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Revisions:
- Client has up to three revisions after third revision there will be a revision up charge.
- Revisions can take up to 1-3 business days to be completed. This may vary based on the revision type & design project.
